Quad-Lock ICF

How do I approach cost-effective building?

It is a very common practice in the building industry to seek the cheapest way to build a

new project to increase profit margins. There are the exceptional constructions groups who invest in expensive designs and high quality finishes, selling the end product on top dollar to increase profit margins, which is not easy.

We believe that investing in the overall build structure of a property rather than only its appearance will deliver highest value, which will translate into profit.

By increasing end-user satisfaction, cost savings and improving standards of living, Quad-Lock ICF projects can be made more profitable for the developer, as well as all parties involved in constructing or utilising the property.

1. Quad-Lock installation is a ready product – this means that after we install the Quad-Lock ICF panels, that’s it! No adjustments, cutting or fairing channel support.  We set the services inside the foam or concrete to complete the structure. After this you can quickly proceed to the finishing stage, render the structure externally and place internal Gyprock.

2. Power wiring is done only in fire resistant conduits for walls and slabs, with the conduits concealed in concrete or chased in styrene only. No dust is created in the process.

3. Services are installed and concealed in concrete or insulation, ensuring accessibility and for maintenance, saving time and money along with speeding up the construction process.

4. Energy-saving with ICF enables end-users to control the internal temperature, and the building is noise-proof. Our double glazed windows combined with insulated concrete create a shell that resists weather changes and creates a stable internal environment, 24/7, 365 days a year.

5. Monolithic/Solid concrete walls poured with no strength reduction by protruding elements into the concrete. A monolithic project means that it is built as one structure, which resists movements of shrinkage and expansion – NO CRACKS. As a result, fewer renovations throughout the life span of the building will be necessary.

6. Faster process: Gyprock directly sticks to insulation, saving fairing channel and insulation install costs. Less crane lifts, less waste removal.

7. Reducing the need for massive crane lifts, the crane will be required is much smaller as the overall weight needed to lift is much smaller – cost saving on the size of the crane.

8. Quad-Lock ICF offers significant benefits such as sound and temperature insulation, energy-efficiency, fire-safety and natural disaster resistance, easy assembly, and faster turnover from structure phase to finishes. The same installation technique is used, whether it’s a single house or an apartment complex, offering simplicity and versatility.
